We specialize in custom residential construction projects, including: basements, bathrooms, kitchens and additions. All of our team members are licensed and insured.  All of our work meets Ontario Building Code, TSSA and ESA requirements.

We hand select the best materials when completing our projects.  Our suppliers offer competitive market pricing and deliver on time.  We generally perform exterior work from May to October and Interior work from November to April.  

At Open Concept Living, we are committed to sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices. We use green building materials and techniques whenever possible to reduce our impact on the environment.
